A leading printing services company based in Crumlin, Blackwood reached out to Pinnacle Telecom to support the changing nature of its industry.  The company provides a variety of services such as point of sale, corporate services to support a range of customers.  With technological developments taking centre stage and the sales function becoming more remote to enhance customer service it was identified that the communications that was in place needed updating to suit these changes.

Solution

Following project management meetings and an audit, Pinnacle Telecom suggested a means of developing a solution that involved a transformation of connectivity to SIP trunking to support the transition of its data and voice communications over the same line.

This configuration also enabled the introduction of a new Mitel phone system to replace the old one in situ, reduced calls amongst sites and increased functionality.

A leased line was also suggested as a means of a dedicated level of service across its sites as well as an enabler for the connectivity of mobile with its sales staff.

Impact and Results

The impact of the solution provided a means of future proofing its communications, leveraging its network for increasing mobility and reducing cost and improving services towards its customer base.
